DavE Hume, Partner

Meet Dave, the owner of RGH, a company providing exceptional construction and project management services. Dave started working with RGH during his high school and college years, eventually becoming a Project Manager in 2007. He later gained extensive experience managing large-scale projects worldwide, ranging from airports, banks, hotels, to military bases.

In 2018, Dave returned to RGH with a drive for operational excellence and to expand the business. He became partner of the company and is leading RGH to provide high-quality construction and project management services to various clients. Dave and his team are committed to delivering exceptional results that exceed clients' expectations, whether it's a small renovation or a large-scale construction project.

Mark byra,Office Manager

What separates us from other construction companies in the area is that we have Mark! Mark is our office manager who coordinates daily tasks with project managers in the field. Mark joined our team in 2005 and immediately became a key member of the organization. Thanks to Mark, there is always someone in the office to handle any issues or concerns.

Paul Vicari, Senior Project Manager

With 20 years experience at RGH, Paul is an invaluable member of team RGH.  Over his tenure with the company, Paul has managed some of our most notable projects and takes true pride in delivering a perfect renovation for his clients.  Paul is known to consistently bring projects in ahead of schedule – a quality our customers truly appreciate. And so do we.

Alec Dos Santos, Project Manager

Alec Dos Santos, a seasoned Senior Project Manager and Technical Expert with over 15 years of experience, has been an integral part of the RGH team for almost a decade. His unique blend of technical prowess and exceptional project management skills has enabled him to consistently deliver outstanding results across various projects, making him an invaluable asset to RGH. As a key team member, Alec's ability to navigate the delicate balance between meeting technical requirements and addressing project management needs has proven instrumental in RGH's ongoing success, significantly contributing to the company's growth and reputation.


Ryan Glynn, Project Manager

Ryan brings diverse experience in construction and project management to our team. She demonstrates her ability to obtain permits, schedule inspections, and work closely with subcontractors and architects to ensure project success. Additionally, she has hands-on experience in various aspects of construction, such as excavation, masonry, framing, and carpentry. Ryan's diverse skill set and strong background in construction and project management make her an invaluable addition to our team as we continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Sam Schaeffer, Project Manager

Sam Schaeffer joined RGH in 2022 and has been known for her exceptional project management skills, including her ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks, and her customer-focused approach in assisting homeowners through the construction process. With her comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and her commitment to delivering high-quality results, Sam has been a key contributor to the success of many projects at RGH. She is also known for her excellent organizational skills, able to effectively coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients, and her ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders involved in a project.

Steve LeBlanc, Project Manager

Meet Steven LeBlanc, an experienced project manager in the residential construction industry who has been working with RGH for over a decade. With almost 15 years of experience in the field, Steven has become an expert in managing residential construction projects, from custom-built homes to renovations and additions. He has worked both physically and as a project manager, gaining first-hand experience in the construction process and honing his project management skills. Steven is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest construction techniques, trends, and materials to deliver top-quality results that meet or exceed clients' expectations. Steven's commitment to delivering innovative and efficient construction projects, along with his exceptional project management skills, make him an ideal choice for your next project.


Cristian Perez, Preconstruction project coordinator

Cristian Perez is a meticulous and solutions-oriented professional with a diverse background in financial planning and law enforcement. As Preconstruction Project Coordinator, he leverages his expertise in administrative support, document preparation, and complex calendar management to ensure efficient preconstruction activities. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Cristian excels in customer service, financial planning, and maintaining compliance with professional standards, contributing to seamless project coordination and exceptional results.

Patty Rau, DESIGNER

Patty began her career designing in 2000 and since then has designed and managed over 1000 kitchen and bath projects. Patty’s love for renovating a space has not limited her to just kitchens and baths,  she loves to design offices spaces,  custom bars and entertainment centers.  

She has designed residential projects for homeowner with cabinetry from major manufacturers that will fit into every budget.  No matter how large or small your project, Patty specializes in designs tailored to meet the needs of her clients.  Her dedication to superior customer service, her passion for design and her knowledge in the industry give her clients the confidence in knowing they will get the kitchen of their dreams, on time and on budget.

Al Cucciniello, superintendent

Al Cucciniello has spent the last 40 years building one of the most trusted electrical contracting companies in New Jersey and, after assisting RGH Development Company with countless projects over the past three decades, has joined the team full-time as a project manager. Cucciniello has a broad knowledge of construction and modern industry trends, assuring a professional product that meets expectations and stands the test of time. His customers speak highly of his attention to detail, flexibility, responsiveness and determination to get the work done on time. Working with Al means never having to worry about sub-contractors or architects on your own; he’ll be by your side throughout the process offering thoughtful advice and guidance throughout. Al is an excellent asset to our team.


yina brown, EXECUTIVE assistant

Yina brings over five years of experience as a residential designer, following her role as a design assistant. She has successfully designed, sold, and managed multiple home renovations, ranging from small rooms to full home remodels. Yina works closely with David and Bob, and her exceptional work ethic, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking make her a valuable addition to our team. Task-oriented and self-motivated, Yina consistently takes the initiative to go the extra mile.

Nicolette monte, Project Manager, Coastal AREA

Nicolette brings extensive experience in financing for business owners, specializing in customizing financial solutions to meet diverse needs and goals. She has a proven track record in supervising teams and overseeing construction projects, ensuring efficient workflows and fostering a collaborative work environment. Nicolette excels in client support, adeptly building and maintaining strong relationships through attentive service and personalized assistance. With her background in construction management, she is well-equipped to handle the complexities of general contracting. As the Project Manager for the Coastal Area, Nicolette is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving success for her clients and team.
