Bob Hume, Founder
RGH Development Co. was started in the 1972 by Bob Hume. A native of Maplewood, NJ, Bob has been serving happy clients in the area since he was a teenager. Now, with many years of experience, Bob has helped shape and build Essex, Morris, Union, and Somerset Counties.
David Hume, Director of Operations
Dave started working for RGH in 2007 and over the last 11 years has worked for some of the largest commercial construction companies in the world. Most recently, Dave worked on close to $1 billion worth of construction projects in Hawaii, Guam, and Saipan. In October 2018 he returned to RGH with a drive for operational excellence and to expand the house lifting, remodeling, and kitchen business.
Paul Vicari, Senior Project Manager
With 13 years experience at RGH, Paul is an invaluable member of team RGH. Over his tenure with the company, Paul has managed some of our most notable projects and takes true pride in delivering a perfect renovation for his clients. Paul is known to consistently bring projects in ahead of schedule – a quality our customers truly appreciate. And so do we.
Monica Merel, Project Manager
With 35 years in the building industry in new construction, renovation, public and private, Monica was a wonderful addition to the team in 2017. As a licensed Electrician, Monica has held several positions within the electrical industry. Notably, Monica studied and installed solar systems and generators, worked with the State and utilities to arrange power connections and obtain rebates and is well-versed in the permit administrative and inspection process. To add to her impressive list of credentials, she also holds a MBA from Rutgers University.
Mark byra,Office Manager
What separates us from other construction companies in the area is that we have Mark! Mark is our office manager who coordinates daily tasks with project managers in the field. Mark joined our team in 2005 and immediately became a key member of the organization. Thanks to Mark, there is always someone in the office to handle any issues or concerns.
Tricia Kenny, Project Manager
Tricia has been with RGH since 2015 and has been a resident of Maplewood for 20 years. She loves and understands the old houses Maplewood is so fondly known for. It is a passion of hers to use space creatively while keeping with the homes original style. With a knack for design, Tricia really helps our customers think of the ideal space.
Lisa landi, Project Manager
Lisa grew up in the construction industry and found her passion at a very early age. With certifications in Landscape Construction, Landscape Design, Landscape Management and Design, Ground Maintenance and General Contracting, it’s safe to say, Lisa has a wealth of experience. Lisa is very much a people person. She loves getting to know her clients and discovering what they’re envisioning for the project. Her expertise in drawing design layouts really helps our customer during the initial design phase.
Maddie Seller, Project Manager
Maddie joined RGH in July 2018 with a passion for design and helping customers build the space of their dreams.
